Pure Carbon Pleated Odor Reduction AC furnace air filters by Nordic Pure are made with a durable non-woven polyester base media infused with naturally derived charcoal and coconut shells, created to eliminate odors in your office or home.

Our pleated design provides three times as much carbon media per A/C filter while maintaining excellent air flow. Like all our furnace filters, Pure Carbon Pleated AC filters are manufactured using a heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frame, with a metal mesh support grid, bonded to the pleats for extra support. The air conditioner filter media will not support the growth of mold or bacteria on the air filter itself. These odor eliminator air filters with activated carbon can be used in residences as a stand-alone filter. They can also be used as a pre-filter in high-efficiency commercial HVAC units.
Remember, it is important to regularly change your AC air filters, especially during home improvements, to protect your HVAC unit and provide cleaner air. For maximum odor control, we recommend that you replace your Pure Carbon Pleated air conditioning filter every 30-90 days, depending on your unique home environment.
Important Note: Almost all furnace air filters have a different Actual Size (the exact dimensions) than Nominal Size (the name) printed on the air conditioning filter. It is best to measure the exact size of your A/C filter and compare it to our Actual Size to be sure your HVAC replacement filter will fit!
