Returning / Exchanging Filters
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on filters unless they have been damaged in shipping or we have shipped the incorrect items to you. Custom-sized filters are non-refundable. Please see the below for how to process damaged and incorrect orders.
As our filters are used for the protection of your HVAC System and subsequently the air quality of your home we have a no-return policy to ensure that every customer receives top-quality filters right from the factory. We want each customer to feel comfortable knowing they can trust the filters they have purchased were not exposed to other environments before entering their homes.
Damages and Filter Issues
If you receive damaged filters, please contact us either by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (800-250-4808) and we will replace the case of filters as soon as possible. We will need pictures of the damaged case of filters.
Do not call the carrier and file your own claim. We Must as the shipper do this for you. Please do not refuse the package, as this will delay the replacement process as well as cause additional fees. By contacting us first, we can take care of the damaged item without any cost to you.
If it is determined that FurnaceFilters.US has made an error on an order, we will refund the customer and/or replace the filters at no additional charge.
