Nordic Pure Custom MERV 10 Plus Carbon air filters are made based on the actual measurements so be sure to measure your current filter to get the EXACT dimensions before ordering. As with all Nordic Pure filters, the effective life of your filter depends on the environment in which you live. We recommend changing 1” and 2” filters every 30-90 days. Our 4, 5 and 6-inch thick filters could last up to 6 months.

EXACT MEASUREMENT: Furnace and air condition filters have an actual size that is a fraction of an inch smaller in length and width than the listed air filter size. Please use a tape measure to get the actual size of your current air filter when ordering custom sizes. You might check the actual sizes of our other air filters to make sure a standard size air filter wouldn't work for you. The actual width and length of the air filter should be within 1/8 of an inch-if not, order a custom size air filter.

CONSTRUCTION: Our custom pleated carbon air filters are made by cutting down or combining 1, 2 or 3 A/C air filter frames. Depending on the size we may use tape to make your custom size air filters.

RETURNS: Custom Carbon AC furnace air filters are not returnable since we hand make them per your exact dimensions when you enter your air filter size above. Since you can't return custom sized air filters, please make sure you order the EXACT size you need to the fraction of an inch.
